23C all day long.
I thought the Nest was supposed to learn your habits on it's own? If you just want to program temperatures and times manually, you can buy a cheap one from Honeywell or whatever.
22 day
18 night
That's what I though as well, why are peeps programming theirs?Quote:

As for me, 16.5 at night, 21ish when I am home, 23 when wife home (I work mornings, she works evenings so we have different schedules)
It seems to work well for when I'm supposed t be out of the house and turn it to away mode, and I love that I'm able to crank it up on my phone before I get home so I know it'll be nice and warm.Quote:

However I do alot of part-time consulting so I'm home any time from 6pm to 1130pm with no routine so it was difficult for the nest to 'learn'.
20 at when we're away / bedtime. 23 in the evenings.
21 when we're home, 18 when we're not. Putting a programmble tstat in so we can drop it at night as well.

17 degrees all the time. Freezing cold but it saves money.
Used to be 21.
Then 21.5.
Now 22.
All day.
I now understand why my grandparents place is so hot.
The temp goes up as the years go on.
All these half numbers and odd numbers are freaking me out, man. haha. I'm one of those people.
I can't set temperatures, TV volumes, etc to anything other than whole, even numbers... so all these 21.5 type settings are making me spin...
16 at night and 18-19 during the day.
...
Thermostat is at 17 all of the time...my wife hates me.
But running the wood burning stove occasionally in the evening makes it stupid hot in the house...too hot so I can't sleep. But she loves it so I have to suffer.
19 away/sleep 22 while home. If I feel cold I just temporarily turn it up or use a gas fireplace.
18 when sleeping or away, 20 at other times and I hand out coffee, tea or old fleece jackets. I do find myself enjoying the heat of my laptop and holding the cat more so in the winter.
.
18C - sleeping/away
19-20C during the evening. Anything higher and the house gets too hot.
17 all the time
21 all day with 2 children.
