I dont know if this is a stupid Vista thing but im so tired of my question mark changing to a E. It pisses the Crap outta me especially when you got to use a question mark in those verification codes with case sensitive characters.

Hold Ctrl and press Shift.
Changes it back to a question mark.
it's your keyboard setting, ctrl+shift will change between them
set it to Us standard and not canadian
When I got stuck in those awkward situations i found shift+6 made a question mark..but never found out the ctrl+shift.

never had a problem on vista ultimate x64 but on my laptop when I had vista x32 and get this problem..i would just restart it

My sister taught me this, just click on the keyboard on the bottom rigth hand corner and change it back to US...
Don't have a keyboard in the bottom right hand corner, or any corner for that matter...

Delete the french keyboard settings from regional settings and it will never bother you again.
I wish I could Ctrl-Shift when the bras come off. :(
