Any cabinet makers or glass workers here?

Just seeing if anyone can offer any suggestions as to modifying a glass display cabinet that I have. Essentially, I have a fairly large glass cabinet that has light wooden doors on the back and then just a large pane of glass on the front, sides and top. It's on rollers as it sits and it's butted up against a wall.

My issue is that I'm finding that it displays things very well but it's a pain in the ass because of how frequently I change things in there and have to pull it out, empty it out and the general access to the items inside are very difficult to get at. I would have preferred sliding glass doors on the front but am kind of stuck on this.

Does anyone have ideas on modifying the glass panes on the front so I can get them off more easily or have them slide? There's only one track for one pane of glass so I'm not sure how I could add another track. I really don't want to buy new cabinets as these suckers are pricey!

I'm having trouble visualizing the exact construction of your display cabinets, so these two suggestions may or may not help.

They make hinges specifically for glass doors. You may have to add a small block of wood or aluminum or something, possibly epoxied in, to accommodate the hinge pin at the top and bottom, as well as the magnet (if you want to use the magnet to hold it closed).

Or, if you prefer sliding doors, a simple track set could be epoxied in place. The deeper of the two tracks goes on the top so that to install the door, it slides up into the track. That allows the bottom of the door to swing inwards, and you set the door into the lower track. If the door is sized properly, the top of the door is still located inside the deep upper track and the lower edge of the door slides in the lower, shallow track.

The second idea is exactly what I think will work and want but the only problem is that the glass is currently in. How easy is it to remove the front of this thing? I'm assuming it's a huge...pane in the glass!! Haha okay bad dad joke. It's already begun! Could I remove it, cut it and reuse that for the sliding doors?

These are the cabinets and how the front glass panels sit but honestly, I have no idea how to take them out without smashing them.

What does the backside with wooden doors look like? Easiest might be to flip it around and exchange the wooden doors with glass ones.
