Does anyone know where to take a course for this. My work wants me to do this. Apparently we need to have someone on site who is ticketed in shoring. I can't find anything at SAIT other than it being a small part of a safety module.

As far as I am aware, in Alberta, there is no "ticketing" for shoring as OHS legislation lays out basic requirements for shoring and anything that does not meet those requirements is to be stamped by a Professional Engineer. Even common sheet piling with cross bracing needs to be stamped. I might be wrong on the "ticketing" but we use shoring frequently and I have never heard of somebody being ticketed, all our designs are stamped by a structural engineer.
The reason SAIT likely won't have anything is, as explained above, anything other than standard commercially available devices is to be stamped and SAIT doesn't generally provide suitable PD courses for engineers.
This course is probably suitable for what you need to do (assuming you are already a suitably trained civil, structural or geotechnical engineer or technologist):
