exactly. Tipical boost leak. Make a boost leak tester ( its really easy, wont cost much too) if you need. My first spot to check is the throttle body > intercooler piping.

make sure whomever you go to does it right! previous owner had the windsheild repalced and now its starting to rust right around that area :(.
