Hey Aaron.Car looks Great. I seem to have missed the details on the build somehow.

    Thanks!

Well, quick update on the car...

As some of you may know, I blew my the hotside on my turbo at the track a few weeks ago. Pretty disappointing as it was only a few months old. Looks like one of the fins on the turbine broke apart, possibly from heat... which is weird because my brand new methanol/water injection kit should've been helping to keep that down.

Luckily, Lindsey Racing is being a good sport and repairing it for free, but because I'm impatient and I don't like to wait, I ordered a slightly smaller turbo from them and slapped it on with a new dual port wastegate. Supposed to lose around 20whp on the top end but man is the spoolup ever nice. 1.4 bar of boost at 3700rpm sure is nice!

More bad news though, that wastegate seems to be defective and is impossible to open so I basically have 0 boost control. Imagine my surprise when I test drove the car after I got it installed and my boost gauge replay hit 2.0+ bar!!

Luckily, supplier is coming through once again and sending me a brand new one express at no cost

More updates and dyno results to come.

    Default Dyno!

First off, big thanks to Toma for the tune! So the new turbo makes less horsepower up top than the old one, but I'm pretty happy with the spoolup.

Results... 412.8whp and 371.6 ft-lb of torque at 21psi. Should be able to push more boost judging by the AFR but again, fairly happy with how the car feels.

    So...

New dyno results from Monday on a dynojet while running 94 octane. This is one of the runs. If/when I get a graph of my best run I'll post it up. The best run I had was 448whp and 420ft-lb of torque Running hella rich though.

    Bah, it's not THAT rich....

Only for a few seconds after as the boost "comes on". Could be some sort of dMAP based enrichment table we dont have access to in the freebie software.

    Call that "safe"

At peak power, it's high 11's/low12's... perfect for durability and abuse

But seriously.... maybe Lindsey has a definition file that has the parameters fully labled on all axis... that would help
