Just meet up with him again saying you're someone new with a new phone. When you meet him in a parking lot again, tell him you want to go and pick up your phone right now no matter how many pieces it's in and your money back. What can he say?

Oh, and what's the address? I can look it up on my GPS and it'll take me right to it. I can let you know how to get there.

Well if you decide to go that route, make sure you have some friends with you and don't go alone.
i've dealt with a similar situation to this, not a cellphone issue but same scenario, just have someone that you know make another call to him to meet up. Then once they start talking show up with 3 or 4 cars and box em in, they WILL give in and give you your shit.
God i hate the guy from there! His name is Rob and he is lebanese and he drives a mustang. He had my phone one time and he avoided my calls so finally i just called him from another phone I told straight up I want my phone now or I will kick your ass. He gave it back the same day
You just got played dawg

Someone should email this website to the Devry corporate email. I am pretty sure statements like "We at Devry" on their web page wouldn't go over well there.
i called them again today, buddy said the other guys outta town till tuesday and hell have it for me then...but tuesday im just gonna have one of my friends call to set up a meeting and show up with a few guys and force him to give me my phone back.

They do (Rogers) in the Shawnessy location - I drop off my bill there monthly and I've seen the person(s) working there at least 4 or 5 times give out unlocker's business cardsOriginally posted by Isaiah
Rogers does not advocate or provide contact information for third party unlocking services. They will, for a fee (which used to be ~$200) provide the subsidy unlock code for your phone. The purpose of the subsidy lock is to protect their investment in the phone that they subsidized to you when you bought it.

this dude met me at some macs on 17th.. said his shop was being renovated at the time being so he couldnt take me there.. he pulled up in a mustang and i got the plate # so i didnt worry too much, 40min - 60 min later... he brought my phone back... (this was back when razr's were fresh)
seemed shady but got my shit done so i really didnt care much.... if i were to get another phone unlocked i'd shop around mainly because of the dude''s unproffesionality
So What ever happend? Did u get your phone?
i remember a guy at that worked at Telus named rob who unlocked phones....he was lebanese and he gave me one of those cards before..he a big dude with kind of a small head... seems like a good guy to me... i wouldnt trust him with my phone tho...
i hope you get ur phone back without too much conflict

some one look up his postal code for real address t2y1a9
then we can have a beyond meet at his house.
if ur dealing with that jamal guy then good luck getting it back, we showed up where he lives and he shit himself and only then did he give the phone back, and he even offered to give us a free phone (likely another customer's) for the troubles LOL
I know Rob but haven't seen him in a while, the last time something liked this happened I got a hold of him and asked him what was up, i believe a few people got their phones back, no guarantees but I'll see what i can do.
I meant Rogers as a company (Rogers Communications), not Rogers as in a local store clerk who doesn't know any better.Originally posted by 2EFNFAST

Damn, I see some people really got jacked here for unlocking. I had someone unlock and debrand my phone for $20. But this was at the Richmond Night Market. I have the business card at home so I'll post the info for them when I get home. I'd definitely recommend them as they were nice and courteous.
