2010 Cochrane Winter Rally - Volunteers Needed

Hi Everyone,

The 2010 Cochrane Winter Rally is coming up very soon and we still have a
lot of positions available!

Volunteer Schedule:

Thursday March 4th

- Radio Operator Training in Calgary at CSCC Clubhouse (1900 to 2000)
- Marshall Training Meeting in Calgary at CSCC Clubhouse (2000 to 2200)

Saturday March 6th

- Registration in Cochrane at the Days Inn (0800 to 0930)
- Reconnaissance at Forest Reserve Stages (0800 to 1400)
- Tech Inspection in Cochrane at Canadian Tire (1530 to 1730)

Sunday March 7th

- Rally starts Forest Reserve Stages (0915 to 1740)
- Volunteer Recognition Banquet & Awards in Cochrane at Frank Wills Hall
(1900 to midnight)

We Need:

- Stage crews, start and finish timing and security
- Registration and tech inspection
- Spectator area safety
- Recce + radar crews
- Service area
- And a few other places! (Bartenders/Banner tape etc)

Please let me know what position you would like, how much experience you
have and more importantly how many friends you will be bringing

I would be down for this as I marshal for NASCC here in Edmonton.

However, there is an Ice Race that weekend in Lac La Biche I'll be marshalling for already.

Maybe next time for sure.
