That Arriva view is the only thing still kind of peaking my interest in condos downtown. What were the condo fees like? Sick kitchen, something like that would motivate me to make great meals at home all the time!

these are a couple years old... since have changed fridge, added a TV to the main room, and added an accent color off the dining room
