The stairs going up lead to a master suite that is open.. its about 650 square feet. You can see the closets from the one pic. From there, you go up thru the hatch to the rooftop
Love it. Would definitely live in something like that if my wife would let me.Originally posted by dannie

I completely agree with the hot tub... but theres no power or water lines up thereOriginally posted by Euro_Trash

We wrapped rope around the furniture and used a makeshift pulley system to get it up the 40 feet. It wasn't fun..... The furniture wasn't ridiculously heavy though, so that made it a little better.Originally posted by brandon

Our last house had similar square footage, but it didn't get used because the lay out didn't suit our needs. We use every bit of space in this one.Originally posted by max_boost

Who did the design? My folks are building a house in Pump Hill and we ended up with an architect named Ed Gallagher.... His style is remarkably similar. Heres their house...Originally posted by CSMRX7

The retail on the loft? We paid $718, put another $25k in renos and it was assessed right after the renos for the insurance co at $783k. But that also includes the retail space at the base of the house too. It's all on one titleOriginally posted by max_boost
