A little hole in the wall pub called Schooners in Coach Hill does these as well. They are absolutely fantastic.

Also, Local on 8th does awesome nachos.

Also - Fergus & Bix in mardaloop are very good or if you want something more mexican a must try are la vida loca nachos (chicken mole is the best option) they're big enough for 2 people to eat for a whole meal
