asking for a friend but in theory, with the side street down the side of the house, could you have a pad in the backyard for additional toy parking? (boat, etc). or is crossing the sidewalk frowned upon?

I should have qualified what i meant. RV parking typically is allowed in your yard if it's behind the facade of your house. but with this being a corner lot, can you just simply trash up the area by parking a toy down the side of the house or would you be able to park (in what's left) of the backyard?

Most houses are over 1 million now, pretty sure, except in the ghetto.

I actually want them to double or triple my costco membership so that it eliminates the fucking unwashed masses - about whom I am becoming increasing intolerant.

Does a monthly maintenance fee function as a filter?

My parents house in Hawaii is in a nice area and has monthly fees. Unfortunately not effective as a filter.

I do enjoy being contractually obligated to pay Karen monthly to complain about anything I want to do with my property.

Stonepine has fees and it seems a worthy add-on to a 7-figure half-duplex.

Unwashed masses don't pay attention to details such as fees and just look at the foursquare monthly mortgage amount.

Shopping in bulk to save a nickel. You are part of the unwashed masses.

Shopping at Costco is not a money saving venture.

Also Costco's customer base is affluent. It's the anti-Walmart.

What would really bump up Costco would be eliminating the use of credit cards entirely.

Want to know how many “affluent” people have no actually cash in their bank accounts?

    Haha

Wasn’t it basically like that before? Debit/cheque or Costco’s exclusive Amex (charge card, not credit!) that didn’t even get you fucking lounge passes.
