    Dang 700k for 1700 sq ft in Copperfield. Seems crazy but I know you will sell this within a few days.

    $175k -> $399k -> $700k

    In 14 years. In what has always been an affordable community. That smells like the dump.

    But yes that is the housing market in Calgary.
