As for show, only watched Firefly a while back, was great but short.
Check out the movie Serenity. Basically it could also be called Firefly: The Movie. The movie was pretty good, I haven't seen the show.

This pope thread reminded me of a show called "the borgias"
    Apparently the original crime family
Note it does have some nudity in it

Kate Mara, Rooney Mara's older sister. She was in a film a co worker of mine did some of the weapons training and work on, Shooter, much of which was filmed in Vancouver. Another friend provided the dog seen in that film, the one Marky Mark had up in his mountain cabin. I got to go out with both Mark and Kate on a couple of occasions, she's an incredibly smart girl, and her parents come from families that own the NY Giants AND the Pittsburgh Steelers, so we're talking about some serious old money and power in her family.

Regarding House Of Cards, I had my doubts, it being produced by Netflix primarily, but they completely won me over with it. I was frankly shocked and surprised they had the chops to pull off something of HBO like quality. It surpassed my expectations, and I'll be eagerly awaiting season 2.

Is anyone else loving the new "super HD" stream Netflix is providing, so long as you have the bandwidth? We have Shaw 20mbit, and I was finding with one Samsung Smart TV with wifi running 5800 bps in this new HD format was the max I could do, I couldn't run it in another room, my primary home theater setup with a home theater PC.

You have to have windows 8, using the netflix "app" from the microsoft store in order to get the super HD tabs in the shows supported, which is most I've found. That, or a PS3, a Smart tv that is supported (Samsung and Sony, some others), or an Apple TV. There is a list of supported devices on the netflix super hd website, but it's thin right now. I actually used my mem express win 8 coupon for the 250$ Win8 pro upgrade that only cost me 15$ for my HTPC.

Anyhow, by pressing cntr+alt+shft+S you can see your streaming bitrate in netflix, and I'm not getting the full 5800 on up to 3 tv's after upgrading to broadband 50 from Shaw. It's not quite blu ray, but it looks better than 720p broadcast HD from TV. Watching Star Trek Enterprise re runs from almost ten years ago in this new format is good times.

X2, I guess Netflix has plans to do many more Netflix exclusive shows.
But a amazing show non the less..
I really hope there is a second season. Don't want to say much more.

Yup. SuperHD pretty much gives you quality somewhere inbetween satellite/cable HD broadcasts and blu-ray, and same as iTunes HD. And there's no hit to the "internet" and it's free for providers, as all the content is stored locally at Shaw and Telus. Free, as long as the downstream to the last mile has enough bandwidth.

Back on topic, I watched Love the Beast last month, great documentary for car guys.

Ah yes, when Eric Bana raced in Tasmania. Mostly jelly of that Ford Falcon even though it's a boat.

Tried to find a clip that wouldn't have many spoilers.
More people need to watch Archer.
