    Everything I've read doesn't recommend single light sources for pretty much any plants. Same goes with tomatoes a few LED research papers out there calling for mixed light specifically white, blue along side with red. Not sure why you would just not get a broad spectrum lamp and then not have to worry you don't have the correct light profile.

    Most of the commercial grow lights now are pure red and a little blue. If it's supplemental to daylight - then it's semi irrelevant there's some great NASA docs on it - the 660nm red and 450nm blue grows were developed on the shuttle missions

    I unexpectedly got my servos in from Amazon on a Sunday and spent all afternoon building a prototype out of Lego and paper clips.
    Only caught bits of the SuperBowl, but glad the Eagles won!

    Feel free to make fun of my driving... I meant to go over that sausage curb for dramatic affect.
