This proves that escalators need to be made safer. Someone needs to create a lobby group named after this boy to help avert future such tragedies.
Perhaps they can get congress to pass a law requiring escalators be surrounded by net-cages, like they do for trampolines.
Perhaps the law could also include some fine print riders giving for bailouts, more soldier deployments, and vaccine amnesty.
