that place has been around forever, they do a lot of CPS CFD EMS training there.

The have several houses, a mock building stairwell and a pond for training for CFD

yep, the building is actually round its the concourse that makes you think its an oval, it actually really mindfucks you because the "oval" of the concourse is actually like 45* from what you'd expect it to be.

Always wondered why I get lost so easily there. Assumed it was the beer.

If you rotate the seating map about 30 degrees counter clockwise you get the actual layout. The 4 staircases are roughly located roughly at the ends of the press level seating.

The concrete in a rink makes sense if you want to get year round usage out of the space, basketball court, tennis court etc. A lot of actual arenas with artificial ice are sand floors. Finished concrete is going for 8-9 bucks a square foot.

Private waterski lake just east of town

I always thought living on a man made water ski lake would be amazing and this person has one all to themselves

Huh neat, the only "private" waterski like I knew of is this one down by policemans flats.

Looks like possibly a two hole golf area on the right side of this same map. Love that area, some massive money down there.

Quite impressive as this is a single family that own the lake/property.. (unless they have sold in the last 5 years or so)

All the tour buses and 2 piles of coke in the driveway allude to a rock star house
