This article says over 316bhp and 320Tq.

Also it has a revised turbo and intercooler than the Mustang so might be better for power.

Looks decent... not to big a fan of the steering wheel and the boost gauge is a little tacky.

Has there been any lie on how much its going to weigh? Ford+AWD makes me worried this will weigh as much as an S4

Still it sounds hot. New ultimate winter beater?

It also has torque vectoring AWD using clutches in the driveline, so not all that bad.

So it's looks great. Specs are great. Now the price. With the complex AWD system, built engine, brakes, etc it sounds like it's going to be closer to S3/M235i pricing than STI/Golf R.

From what I've heard it'll be around the 3400lb mark. Just a tiny bit heavier than my ST

No way. It'll never sell at that price point.

In the USA, focus st's regularily sell for ~$20k. It'll be priced exactly the same as a STi imo. If its not, I dont think it will sell.

Maybe the same price as an evo x, but its not like evo x sales were a barn burner.

    Evo's start at ~43, M235i's and S3's start at 45.

    I'm not understanding your logic.

Also while STI's start at ~38 they don't come with SHIT. i bet this is full of standard features, big SYNC screen etc.

This is never going to be a volume seller for ford while the ST's are. Not even worth comparing.

Say that all you want, but 3 pedal cars are a dying breed. I bet if they offered a DCT, it would outsell the 3 pedal version.

Those are also ST1's which we don't get in Canada. We only get the fully loaded ST3

It will sell at whatever price it is set up at

Do they even have a dct worth offering though, I thought the only one was in the fiesta.

Not sure what happened to the front end, that's just ugly. Refreshed ST looks much better. Everything else looks good.

Bout the same as an STi and S3. AWD is heavy.

Though, I guess that would mean the ST is a porker if it's only a little lighter.

I imagine it has to do with the larger radiator and intercooler requiring different air flow passages. Besides at least it's now differentiated from ST's as you don't want it like the STI where the front end is the same as the WRX.
