I have a NordVPN subscription, but I don't use it for day to day browsing. I set a custom DNS that ideally doesn't capture browsing history, and only use the VPN for geolocations, or potentially questionable downloads.

I use Surfshark. Same as above though, just for geolocations or horse porn.

Long story short, I have the VPN running behind a torrent docker container. All my torrents run through the VPN.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Windscribe is an excellent choice. Their meme based advertising>all and the data retention policy (or lack of information sharing) is one of the best in the game. VPN is useless if the provider gets audited and then hands over all your info.

The X5 i bought earlier this year really is FULLY LOADED though not a single option missing including infrared night driving
I guess that could help a bit. All traffic should be encrypted though. Even then like what zipdoa said if your provider gets asked the VPN is useless. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Also the VPN would be in front of the docker container.
It's technically inside the docker container, but it cuts off the torrent client if the vpn disconnects. It's the sole egress. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
