Considering we have a tenant in our basement who works from home and has his own facilities, I expected far worse. We're generally on average, or in between the average and efficient homes.

Yeah, I'm saving the environment... that's right.

402 KW, 38% more than similar homes. 850 Square foot condo. 2 people in our house. I have to assume its mostly the appliances. The fridge we run pretty cold, run the bathroom vent fans a lot. We have an electric HVAC which explains a lot. We run the house at 23 Celsius almost all the time.

Changed the home config so it will take another billing cycle to better compare to similar units I am guessing.

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

So either the basement tenants are cranking their baseboard heaters or my electric garage heater is on 24/7

Yep I only set the garage to be 7.5ºC and it's fully insulated so I doubt it could be all from that.

The only other thing that uses a ton of electricity would be the previously mentioned baseboard heaters in the basement suite I would think... Hell the washrooms have underfloor tile heat but I have them always off in order to save costs.
