2016 illmotion Show & Shine - Sunday August 14 at Max Bell Centre

We would like to thank all of our sponsors this year for their generosity and supporting us year after year! With this being our 6th year we have learned a lot and hope that this years show is the best one yet. Come down to Max Bell on August 14th to see the amazing car scene of Calgary and area and get your hands on some raffle tickets to win some amazing prizes!

Proceeds from the event will benefit The Calgary Food Bank.

Show is this Sunday just a couple reminders....

- Please don't roll in if you haven't registered, there are zero extra spots and no we cannot fit you in. This only wastes everyone's time and delays the whole setup process.

- Also don't show up before 10am. We will not be ready to roll you in before 10am.

- Don't be a douche. Don't do a burnout, rev your engine, drift a corner, blah blah blah. Max Bell allows us to return every year and we want to keep it that way.

- Try and take your garbage home with you, again Max Bell has garbage cans around, we add a few extra but please don't litter and make a mess. Please clean up after yourselves.

- Concession will be open inside Max Bell.

- If you're showing with your buddies/crew/shop please all roll in together, this makes it immensely easier and quicker for us to get everyone parked.

- There are some great prizes. Please don't complain online if you don't win something as we have several people that win that are forking over $100+ on tickets. All the proceeds this year are going to the Calgary Food Bank so its a great cause!

- Looks like a nice sunny weekend (so far). There is little to no shade at Max Bell. You will get sunburnt if its nice out... just ask anyone that has attended previous years events

Hope everyone had a great time, this was by far the busiest year yet, and the quality of the builds has come so far since we started doing this 6 years ago.

Storm clouds look nasty, did you guys get rained on mid-day?

Everyones cars look great. Commend organizers for putting this on every year as it definitely brings out some of the best Calgary cars.

No rain until after rollout (at least until after I left).

Thanks for putting on a great show guys, I think I managed to see most of the cars there, even though I was trying to stay in the shade, haha.

Not sure if I remember yours. Was it with triple dual carbs?

In the pictures further up I see the British green and red one. But I do remember one or two more.

Yeah there should be more than just my photos posted here, saw I ton of people walking around with nice gear! So far I've only seen Life with Jason, babe garage and pbm. I think autorealist and dub has photos out too.

Any videos yet?
