Ate there once, it was not too bad, the sushi is cheap and decent for its price.
I do remember the unagi being oddly chewy. The restaurant is small though, all the tables are set to sit four or less.
edit: yeah, forgot about the fact we waited for quite a long time for our sushi to be made.

probably one of the cheapest sushi in town.. also the slowest one.. average wait time is about 25-30 minutes for food to be served
id still go there cause its cheap lol

Yo Kanye, ima let you finish, but 50 Cent had the best concert cancellation of all time.
Been there once, got take out once.
It's really quite good for the price (dollar menu FTW).
The salmon isn't rubbery and the tuna isn't grainy/crystallized like you sometimes get at cheaper sushi places like sakana or ichiban. The rice could use a bit of work though... it seems like regular rice, cooked extra soft and not enough seasoning.

Hey baller, any problem money can solve is no problem at all. Don't sweat it.
Quality of sushi is not bad for the price. Definitely takes a while to wait for the food to arrive, but not bad wait time compared to western food and doesn't really matter when you're not in a hurry. The good thing is that they got the food out as they were made ready, meaning that we didin't have to wait a long time for all the food to arrive all at once.
Been going to their South (Avendia) location since opened (I'd say 2009 ish), been to their North as well. Still prefer the South as it's roomier, better overall atmosphere.
Seems like they added more stuff on menu, I see the owner working hard at both North and South, don't know how he does it. I'd show up randomly at both from time to time, and see always see him working at both; unless he's got a twin.
They've slowly creeped up pricing, used to be buck $1 a piece. But many have slowly gone $1.25-2.50
Service consistent, expect Chinese style service. But South does cater more towards the Caucasian crowd so there's still reliability on server checking up a few times.
Conservative, comfy ordering with tips was still $74 (quite a bit, imo)

Been to the north for take out once. Experience was unimpressionable; neither positive nor negative.
I see the twins you are referring to.

I like delivery from the south location... Sooo convenient! I don't even need pants
Been there twice as I lived close and was lazy. The sushi pizza was interesting and good
I went to the one in the North. I didn't care for it. I totally forgot about Sakana Happy Hour! It's been years since I've been.

Food and price point still consistent, looks like management might have new faces. Freshly done menus, there's bound to be something for anyone's comfort.
