Bump for this. have been working out here for around 9 months. Down 20 pounds, up a bunch of muscle. Core strength is notably improved. Cardio obviously much better.

I did a 90 minute charity class on Friday night. killer.

haha i probably would have puked. The heart rate monitor pod popped off on one side during some jump squats / plank roll outs / seated torso twists :P

Good on for keeping it up. I'm doing the 4 times a month as a mix up from the normal gym stuff that I'm doing.
