I am selling my truck as previously posted in a proper thread and have a question for anyone that has dealt with or heard of the following company.

Story: I placed an ad with autotrader and have recieved a few calls regarding my 2005 Nissan Frontier LE. I keep getting calls from a company that is offering to sell my truck for my asking price within a week. It will cost me $150.00 "IF" the truck sells. If it does not...I keep my $150.00

I am starting to research the company, and have been given a website address to check them out. (carsetc.net)

This company offers financing to people that can't or for whatever reason are not able to be financed at common car lots. They say my truck is part of a list of vehicles they know they can sell.

At this time, I am a little hesitant about coming forth with $150.00. Although they claim to be have been part of the Better Business Bureau for ten years. I also made a call back to talk to the guy I originally spoke with. I got a real cheap and cheesy answering machine. The voicemail setup does not support or in any way match the effort put into the website, and how the guy made the company look over the phone. (he did well)..I still feel I would check with the BEYOND community first. Just incase.

This is great cars and trucks. Do a search, you won't get your $150 back, you won't sell your car.

i also have been approached by a similar company the exact same way. i decided to try it out, but i sold the car on my own the next day. good news is they are going to advertise my next vehicle for free because they never sold it. for 150 bucks its worth a shot.

Great cars and trucks and carsect are 2 different companies!!!! carsect ripped me off bad offering my the same deal.
as i posted in another thread i have delt with great cars and trucks for 2 cars and both were gone in a few weeks!

Just saw that consumer report this morning, they come up with some lame excuse as to why they don't want to give you your money back...and talon31...why wouldn't you just ask for your money back?
