Electrical contact cleaner....available from crappy tire. It eats away corrosion and dries fast. WD40 is a lubricant.

Yea I know, WD stands for Water Displacer...the problem is that it leaves a film and doesn't dry very quickly. It might be conductive too.

Crappy tire is open until 9. Go now!

Isopropanol is good. I've seen it used alot to clean metallic electrical surfaces prior to them being soldered together so it should do the trick all right. I'm not quite sure where you would be able to get any at this time of night though.

Dirty, just clean them so I know its not a dirty connection that may be causing some of my electrical problems, just eliminating possibly issues.

Holy shit man!!! I can't believe you are dragging on a post about something as simple as this!?!

    Thirsty? Drink water
    Stuck bolt? Liquid Wrench
Dirty electrical contacts? Electrical Contact Cleaner

It's less than $10!!! Fuck, I can't believe you gave this guy shit for posting about his car not starting when you are obsessing over a little spray can...

And you know what? If you don't like the ECC, you can return it for a full refund too! Just remember to keep the CT money.

I'm no obessing over a spray can idiot.
When i first posted CT was just about closed, no way of getting there
Today I forgot to go on the way home from work to CT, and HEY look someone suggested something else aparantly better, so why not inquire about it if he says it is better.
I'm not dragging the post out, I don't got anything here to clean electrical contacts and was asking for peoples suggestions.

People like you make me want to drag out this post even longer, so..... Anyone else got any suggestions?
