DC is a Canadian company so I don't see how going to the states would be cheaper?

I bought DC shoes for $60 in Vegas, same pair cost over $100 up here

Agreed. The selection and price in the States is a lot better.

teknical
well Vegas has a DC outlet store that has amazing prices. I always spend 4-500 bucks when i go there because they have the selection that Canada doesnt. But still, Skaters and the source have probably the biggest selection in Calgary.

LOL I think about as many guys who wear skate shoes actually skate as girls who wear yoga pants do yoga.
Last time I bought shoes at Mission the guy working there asked if I skated and was shocked when I said yes haha.

Yeah my DC shoes have held up for years, and roughly skated. I also drag my heels when I walk too lol and they are still standing. I love mine.

reiRei
I like my DC's, thus far very comfy since August..
schurchill39
If you actually skate stay away from suede shoes, Garbage... I had a pair of duffs that lasted a week of skating before the grip tape ripped a hole through them.

My best all around shoes have definitly been my DC's, they have been the most comfortableand durable and I have worn all sorts of brands back when I used to skate (incl. circa, emerica, osiris, etnies, duffs, and a few other brands I cant remember)

Just to reitterate (sp?) They are DEFINITLY NOT canadian... Their brand name is "DC Shoe Co USA"

I've never had a problem with suede shoes when I skate, just make sure its not a really soft suede, in which case you're asking to ruin them skating.
I love my circa's, they're the most comfortable shoes since my DC's from back in high school, the tounges breath better than most shoes too.
