Purchased from Sorath @ T&T Honda in Jan 07. This car is basically my 3rd car and rarely driven.

Mileage: 7000kms. Just completed first Oil service at Mr. Lube
Payment: $308.16 on the 3rd of each month
Term: 48 months remaining
Km Allowance/year is 24,000kms.
Comes with stock tires(less than 100kms driven) and Michelin Pilot Alpin2 winter tires.
Buyout is $11838.20+tax
The cost for you to take over this lease is:
- Pay the lease transfer fee ($300-$500) and get approved by T&T Honda.
- Pay me $500 cash or let me keep the stock tires.
Currently the 2009 Civic Si has a 4.9% lease rate on 60months and your payment is going to be $378. So you basically save $70/month.
