Boost Controller Help

Alright so I have a Blitz 15059 Dual SBC Sequential Boost Controller Spec-R Dual Silver. I have had it installed for about a month now, but I have no clue how to modify the boost settings. I have the gain set, and thats about it. The instructions were not that clear in setting it up as they seemed to be badly translated japanese. Any help in figuring out how to work it would be appreciated.

Here is a much better translated manual (redone) for an older version of that boost controller. It may help you a bit for changing the actual boost levels.
