Would a 2001 325 cab have the same offset and bolt pattern as a 2007 323? My research points me towards yes but i just want to confirm.

BMW = 5X120.

E90's, I believe, run a more aggressive offset.

Bolt Pattern is the same but different offset, My GF dad bought some e46 winter tires for his 07 and they rubbed against the brakes.

AFAIK You can use the E90 323 wheels on the E46, but can't go the other way....
