I'm looking for an E46 M3 front bumper, would it be cheaper to buy it in town or online?

Also, looking to get replacement brakes/rotors. I have a 325i and I never had any issues with the stock ones, but are there aftermarket brakes/rotors that would offer better performance for a comparable price?

I got the car two years ago now and I'm just getting to the point where I need to do all the usual fix-ups... and a new front bumper because I've driven into a couple of parking blocks after lowering the car 1.5"
