idle and map sensor

jw if you guys have any recommendations of a good shop where i can get my map sensor and idle checked out...
i seem to have a high idle when i start close to 2000rpms and a really low rpm after the car is warmed up maybe 200? low enough to stall.
and i wanna be able to use the turbo without the engine light turning on..
