The Average Price Of A KA24E + Tranny

I've been discussing with some friends what they feel the average price of a KA24E SOHC + Tranny should be when you buy it off of craigslist or kijiji or a car forum like these.

We all seem to think differently. So, I'm wondering what you guys think. Anyone on here who has purchased a used KA24E SOHC or sold one recently or in the past... what did you buy or sell it for?

SOHC should either be free or maybe 50 bucks if it's in good condition.

50-100 is the norm, add another 50-100 for the trans if it is in good shape..
