Hey guys.

So about a month ago I took my E46 in for an oil change (a shop I really don't want to mention, but noticed it has a bad rep) and now it has hesitation on acceleration. I putting the car up for sale and really want to get it figured out before selling. Im thinking its the MAF and going to clean it today.

Was just curious if anyone lives in south that has a scanner to see if it's throwing a code. I dont know though if a dirty MAF would throw a code though.

Also will a place like Alpine Autowerks scan your care for free or does it cost a bit?

-On a side note, could it be that the place that did my oil changed used a bad or old oil filter. It worked 100% before I had the oil change.
