As title states, I have a stock leather steering wheel from a USDM '94. It is in excellent condition. This is the actual wheel:

It's got a blown airbag but the break in the plastic is very clean it can be made to look like the wheel is perfectly intact.
I used this on my '91. It has the perfect thickness and diameter (i.e. thicker and smaller than a stock '91 Canadian wheel). Does not come with a cruise stalk - you'd just use the one on the steering column. The horn will NOT work unless you rig something up. I took an old steering column and cut the end with the horn contact off and spliced it to this. Worked fairly well though the signal stalk would sometimes trip up. Probably easiest to just rig up a button.
