Hey guys, im planning to switch my intake on a 2010 corolla s and was looking at the takeda and the weapon r dragon.
was wondering if anyone of you have that on or had that and could give me some opinions on them.
which ones do you recommend and also does any of these set the CEL on?
Which site did you guys order it from? did it come with everything that is needed to install and wont need anything else to make it work right as well as the CEL wont be on if it does.

im looking at the takeda from raceinspired.com and the weapon r on carid.com
anyone ordered from there? or know better sites that
comes with everything that is needed.

thank you

Because it adds 10-15 horses.

My vote is for AEM. Oil free filters that actually filter dirt unlike foam elements and decent quality for the price. My last 2 cars had them and no coplaints here. Don't expect much for power gains. Do it for the sound. That's about all it will do for your car.

Here is the one for your car:

That's what people claim...the holy trinity IHE...why else would people do it? Adding 10-15 horses to the already beefy 132 horses that 1.8l engine is huge.

I'm bad with sarcasm lol so I cant tell if you are serious but no, it would give you 2-3 hp if that.

The new sound would be nice tho

Sad fact is that he will cheap out and get a tin can sounding exhaust.

1)take the money you were going to spend on an intake.
2)go to liquor store.

3)purchase:

4)put leftover money back in bank.
5)celebrate your success.

I do understand the need to do it, so if u must, buy the cheapest one possible and do some reading on a corrola specific forum. All of your questions will be answered there- without the jackass comments

Outside your thread topic, but you should save up the money and improve your suspension instead. It will improve both acceleration and handling.
