Anyone know if the front jdm itr recaro seats bolt direct into a 2003 civic coupe em2?

No they will not fit on the ITR rails.

How ever I have a set of rails modified to fit the EM2 and they will swap right onto the DC2 Recaros. I am selling them. PM for more info.
