Post your max lifts. I propose 3 formats for the big 3 - Deadlifts, Squats, Bench:
1RM
Bodybuilding range: 3x8 to 4x10 (up to you)
5x5
I also propose all weights are measured raw - No spotter, no belts/suits. Chalk is permitted.
Edit: Belts suitable for 1RM
Please, watch your form - no half-reps, chest bounce, etc. I suppose snap city with deadlifts are OK because it's your back. Ass-to-grass and 90' on squats are considered two different categories.
Please limit discussion, would be best to have one post ONLY from each member.
