Hey All. I am going to Mexico in 8 weeks and would like to hit the gym.

I know what you are thinking, you can't just get any results in a short time.

However, I am not a totally out of shape guy by any stretch. 6'0' ~180 pounds. Play sports about 4 times a week + weekend skiing.

What I am looking for is for a program I can follow as I struggle to be consistant in going to the gym unless I have something to follow and direct me so to speak. I would also like this to parlay into continued work outs after Mexico, I am just trying to use that as initial motivation.

Could you be a little more specific as to what your goals are? Are you looking to pack on some weight(in the form of muscle mass ofc)? Are you just trying to get a "fit, athletic" look?

I would say the "fit athletic look".
