I'm also curious how far into the process you are in terms of being worked up for a transplant. As far as I am aware asking random people for a kidney is not as simple as one may think. I believe that transplant programs have a rule restricting living donors to those who are related to the recipient or who you can prove you have an existing relationship of some kind with. This is to prevent people with lots of money or in a position of power from pressuring random people to donate to them. Again this is just what I believe and you should confirm this with the transplant team you are involved with?
If you don't mind me asking, are you already on hemodialysis?

If he really gave you $750000, would you really sell a kidney?

You are jumping to conclusions here. The guy obviously just has a sudden craving for chicken gizzards.
