Rosberg was a surprise for sure. After Q2, I was sure it will be Alonso for pole. Massa to take out vettel in turn 1 would be a dream come true. Hopefully webber will have some luck tomorrow. Good for force india. They looking pretty strong.

Button's semi-sarcastic "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY" at the end of Q2 was fucking hilarious.

I liked Perez today. He was pushing so hard no matter who he was up against in the back half there. webber and Hamilton at the end was pretty decent but they weren't really trading paint like Perez and Button were earlier.

Perez was a total dick out there, but was fun to watch. Button was a bit of a d-bag, running his own teammate off the damn track. Wonder if Webber will get penalized for smacking hard into Rosberg there.

Entertaining race, with the exception of fingerboy winning.

He got the gears from Whitmarsh to strike with elbows.

Impressive drive from Lotus seeing where they started. Grosjean seemed to have matured a lot this season and that was a sensible drive from him.
In contrast, what a disastrous day for Ferrari after starting from the 2nd row.

I don't know if I tuned out or if the TV coverage was lacking but what happened to Rosberg? Pole to 9th?

just finished watching this race no way i was waking up at 6 or whatever lol

but alonso and his drs issue he seemed to be managing the wing being stuck in the open position very well would it have been against the rules to just allow him to run with it stuck open because the boost he would get on the straits would be lost in the corners no? just trying to understand

but then watching him hold his own without having drs was really cool its hard for me to pick a driver and a team like you all have with your faves

It's a safety thing, since the stewards disable drs when the course has a yellow and with his stuck open it is against regulations.

If he would have had DRS he would have finished in the top 3 no problem.

Grosjean seems miles ahead of what he was last year, he's much more controlled and precise in overtaking. He's driving seems alot closer to the top level drivers compared to last year.

Perez and Button put on a good show. Not much more to say other than Perez still looks a bit rough around the edges, hopefully McLaren gives him some time to grow.

As for Vettel's "march to glory". All I have to say is fuck Pirelli for caving in and revising the tire choices, because of them we saw the same old tired Red Bull routine of building up 20 second leads then pitting and coming out 1st again. If we had the softs that never would've happened.

Webber is getting fined for the hit on Rosberg, haven't seen any sources saying the $ amount.

Aw common. Alright, the "finger boy" as rage labels him was a douche a couple of races ago but today was a legit win. Didnt start pole, dropped a place and then fought back for a clean win...

As for the Pirelli caving thing... Im unaware of it. Can someone elaborate?

Red Bull has been very vocal about how bad the tires are and Pirelli has been very vocal about denying that RBR has anything to do with their tire decisions. Then Pirelli decided to switch to Medium and Hard for Bahrain. It all reeks.

China was ridiculously entertaining, and part of that was due to three distinct tire strategies from the top 10 on the grid.

What upsets me the most is that it's not like Button and Vettel came from the back to win China based on tire strategy. The guys who qualified well and had clean races ended up staying at the front, proving that the tires weren't completely dictating races, only making them more interesting.

Despite the awesome action of this race, it still felt like a bore with Vettel 20 seconds ahead.

Vettel made everyone else look like they were racing on 3 wheels.

Bad race for Ferrari, they would have been right in the mix for podium without the mishaps. Oh well, not a bad recover for Alonso.

Not too bad of a race with some nail biting battles.

Im surprised they never replaced Massa's front wing? Especially with what happened to Alonso a few races ago with his front wing...

Those front wings are seeming more and more over-engineered, especially after Raikkonen in China!

Disappointed in Pirelli about the tire performance.

Overall I thought the racing action was good. There were alot of great battles for grid position.

Disappointed in the 'finger boy' again for his rediculous lead. I'd be disappointed in another '7 time wins every race and makes the sport look boring' champion. Maybe the new engine programs next year will yeild more balanced competition.
