Hey guys, figured this was a cool little project. It was brought to me huffing heavy amounts of oil smoke, as well as numerous other issues. It is a 1998 Integra Type R with a rev hard turbo setup, and a hondata s300.

On to the pictures from start to finish.

here is the "drain flange" It is WAY too damn small. It was -4 oriface, and you should have a minimum of of -10 for this particular setup.

The oil line is just as bad, can we say ghetto

Dumped about a few ounces of oil out of the intercooler as well haha. He was told it was smoking so much because injectors are really big and it needed tuning......

Built a new intake as well, since the one on it was in front of the rad.......:banghead: :banghead:

And, the final results....

All in all, i really enjoyed this one. Its a nice little car for sure, and a BEAST with 300 hp in such a light car. Really glad i could have a part in this, and im sure the owner is going to love it now.

As usual, thanks for tuning in!!
