Also keep in mind this is in a test-chamber which won't match the acoustics of it moving (doppler) and also how it will resonate when it's bolted to a chassis.

We'll know how gay it sounds when testing comes around.

set it to 15!

I guess I could mute the TV and play old v12 race audio right? My sympathies for the visually impaired F1 fans...

I can imagine it now, the brilliant visuals of a car going thru Eau Rouge with the sounds of a Craftsman router going thru soft pine :limp noodle:

Really interesting how the earlier valve timing, and dropped compression give these engines a deeper tone, as compared to the twangy NA engines.

You can also make out the gas flow turbulence from each firing sequence when it hits the compressor turbine.

My curiosity is, how much extra lag will the regenerative system create, since it will be run from the compressor turbine as well.

I take it these will be variable vane angle turbos too?
