Hondata S300 Solid Red Light Problem

Just wondering if anyone in here knows how to troubleshoot a hondata s300 red light.

The car is 96 integra gsr with jrsc. Got a new board for the 300, but the car still won't start.

I have not heard anything from hondata, but I'll try them again tomorrow.
