Canadian Proxy for watching olympics in US

Hey,
Searched but no avail as everyone wants a US proxy for netflix USA. What about the other way around. I have relatives in the US right now and they want to access CBC.ca and can't because they're in the US and it won't stream the video down there.

Any easy step by step on how to proxy with a Mac and Firefox? Or Safari I suppose.

Also what's a good Proxy site for a Canadian proxy service for free?

Scratch that.

UnoDNS, you put in their canadian DNS server and you should be able to stream cbc.ca

Just noticed my (now edited) post for dynamo seemed to be specific to netflix.
