The Mazda is for making an unsafe right turn (left for us in NA). The Aventador is speeding, but not at an unreasonable rate, and it is up to the Mazda to execute a safe right turn when it is safe to do so without impeding traffic flow.

Mazda at fault looks like cause he cut the Lambo off. Perhaps the Lambo was a wee bit too fast too but the Mazda shouldn't have cut him off.
