I'm only selling this as I've since bought a newer vehicle.
I've owned the car since August 2011 and have service records dating back to that time. It has been serviced by Mills Nissan and Kal-Tire (104 Ave Edmonton location) with all required items being looked after.
THE GOOD:
The windshield was replaced less than 3 months ago and the tires are less than 9 months old with ~90% tread remaining.
The vehicle is in great mechanical shape with the timing belt and pumps having been replaced at around 170,000. All fluids were flushed and replaced at that time as well. It may require an oil/filter change and spark plug replacement within the next 4 months, that is all which is outstanding.
THE BAD:
A few rust spots are forming on the rear passenger wheel well - fairly normal for a car this age. The passenger side keyhole is dented. The antenna has been partially broken off.
