just bought a new car (a 2010), its a bc car so it only has a few minor chips on the front and doesnt look like the typical alberta car of similar age. does having some chips already cause an issue putting on the 3m? should i even bother? i plan on keeping it a while and wish i had done it on my last vehicle.

The chips won't cause an issue with the 3M bra at all.

3M is definitely worth it, you can also get a touch up pen for your paint code and do it yourself or have the person applying the 3m to touch them up prior to installation.
