Who makes good calendars?

Thinking of putting together a calendar for a bday gift but wondering where to go. It doesn't have to be professional quality paper or anything but Walmart is all I can find and I'm not sure how their quality is.

Costco does them, hopefully this link works but if not it's easy enough to find:

They are also quite cheap, this is a good idea haha, I may try one out myself!



MPIX and Bay Photo both do Calendars and are well respected shops. Neither are Canadian though unfortunately.

Posterjack doesn't do them, I'm sure you've already checked there.

If you're an apple user you can just make one through iPhoto and then Apple mails it out to you. Pretty good quality!
