I got a pair of Justin boots I want to resole, but am thinking maybe I could get rubber soles instead, so the boot can be more versitle in winter.
recommendations?

Depending on how they are made you may not be able to resole them. If its a leather welt construction you can, but now a lot of the Justin and other big american boot brands are not being made as well as they used to. You may want a thin Vibram sole instead of leather which will give you some grip in the winter but not take away from the summer performance . If you can't get them re-soled come see me at Alberta Boot and I can custom make you something!
