Acura MDX Nav update discs.

My father in law's 2008 MDX nav system is out of date. I want to get it updated for Christmas.
Is going to an Acura dealership the best (and cheapest) way to get the discs ??

You might be better off spending the money on the best GPS unit on the market, free updates, all the bells. As well, you can switch in and out of any other vehicles and it will be mounted up and in your eyesight instead of hidden down on the dash.:
